    Voor onze relatie zijn wij per direct op zoek naar productie medewerkers op de meng afdeling.

    Dit is een leuk dynamisch bedrijf waar aandacht is voor de medewerkers en waar volop groeimogelijkheden zijn (denk aan bijvoorbeeld een contract direct bij de werkgever bij goed functioneren). Er wordt constant in de toekomst geïnvesteerd doormiddel van innovatieve ideeën.

    Plalloy MTD B.V. produceert kunststof compounds in een proces waarbij op basis van een recept verschillende soorten kunststoffen en toeslagstoffen worden gemengd en gekleurd. Zij produceren voor de automotive/transportsector (mobility), (consumer) electronics, verpakkingsmiddelen en de bouw.

    Plalloy's processen rondom Supply Chain, productie en kwaliteitscontrole zijn in hoge mate geautomatiseerd en gemechaniseerd. Zij behoren in deze sector tot de meest vooraanstaande bedrijven in Europa. Voor productie controle beschikt Plalloy MTD B.V. over een laboratorium waar compounds op verschillende eigenschappen worden getest. Het laboratorium werkt nauw samen met de productie. Je zult van start gaan in een 3-ploegenrooster. De verwachting is dat Plalloy in 2023 overgaat naar een 5-ploegen rooster.



    Functiebeschrijving

    De werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

    • Het bedienen, controleren, instellen van de productie installaties
    • Het uitvoeren van het ombouwen van de productie installaties, waarna deze geheel schoongemaakt dient te worden
    • Het maken van charges en het controleren van charges van collega's
    • Het scheppen van fracties
    • Opmaken van materiaalbalans
    • Zorgdragen voor aan- en afvoer van materiaal
    • Het invullen en interpreteren van de productie formulieren
    • Het verrichten van alle in de productie afdeling voorkomende werkzaamheden


    Functie-eisen
    • Klantgericht, ondernemend, flexibel, maar ook stressbestendig en initiatiefrijk
    • Kennis van de Nederlandse taal
    • Zich goed kunnen uitdrukken in woord en geschrift

    Arbeidsvoorwaarden
    • Uitdagende en afwisselende functie in een informele omgeving
    • Prima arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket, met onder andere een marktconform salaris tussen de €2.100 en € 2.300 bruto per maand (exclusief toeslag) afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring, leeftijdsdagen aanvullen op de verlofdagen en 6,5 adv dagen op fulltime basis, een collectieve zorgverzekering en pensioenregeling
    • 22,30% ploegentoeslag
    • Reiskosten € 0,21 p/km vanaf 10km
    • Daarnaast een jaarlijks uit te keren verzuimbonus en performance bonus uitkering
