- Duur: maanden, start in april 4.
- Voorafgaand aan de opleiding werk je 3 maanden op onze afdeling.
- Je begint met de opleiding Basis Acute Zorg (BAZ) en specialiseert je daarna tot ic-verpleegkundige.
- De opleiding is EPA (Entrustable Professional Activity) gericht, waarbij je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden krijgt.
- Theorie en praktijk worden geïntegreerd, zodat je direct kunt toepassen wat je leert.
- Tijdens de opleiding loop je weken stage op de IC van het Amsterdam UMC, waardoor je ook ervaring opdoet buiten de oncologie. Na de opleiding:
- Kun je patiënten verplegen in complexe situaties, inclusief instabiele en levensbedreigende situaties.
- Ben je in staat om zorgvragen, zorgbehoefte en interventies te beredeneren, zowel somatisch als psychosociaal.
- Begeleid je patiënten en hun naasten tijdens hun IC-verblijf.
