- Het inrichten, implementeren en beheren van het nieuwe IAM platform;
- Het verder professionaliseren van de IAM processen en het verder opbouwen van het team;
- Het analyseren en oplossen van incidenten en problemen op het gebied van Identity & Access management;
- Het bijdragen aan de continuiteit en verbetering van IT security;
- Het werken met o.a. Azure AD.
- Ervaring met Identity & Access management is een eis;
- Je bent een aanpakker, zoekt graag zelfstandig zaken uit en bent graag hands-on bezig;

De organisatie is wereldwijd actief en je komt hen direct of indirect overal tegen in het dagelijks leven. Vanuit de holding worden zaken centraal geregeld, denk aan IT, Finance, HR etc.
Ondanks dat het een erg grote organisatie betreft is het erg overzichtelijk, betrokken en er is sprake van een platte structuur.
De organisatie heeft in 2023 een team opgezet met focus op Identity & Access management. Voorheen lagen werkzaamheden op dit gebied bij andere afdelingen. Ze willen echter professionaliseren en hebben IAM beleid opgezet. Het team bestaat uit vier personen. Een product owner, een architect en twee engineers.
Er is al een roadmap voor de komende periode opgesteld en een platform gekozen. Als Identity & Access management specialist draag je bij aan het inrichten, implementeren en beheren van het nieuwe Microsoft platform. Het betreft een hands-on functie en je denkt mee over de doorontwikkeling van IAM processen, realiseert koppelingen met andere systemen en lost incidenten op. Je bent sparringspartner voor de architect.
Het bedrijf heeft een informele cultuur en er liggen veel kansen voor enthousiaste mensen die willen helpen de omgeving naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
