    In deze functie heb je de kans om

    Als voorman bij Factory Best een team aan te sturen van ongeveer medewerkers en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele performance van jouw team. Jij zal een team leiden dat componenten (grids) maakt en test om uiteindelijke in medische systemen in te bouwen. Deze fulltime functie vindt plaats in een 2-ploegen systeem (ma t/m vr 6:00 – 14:30u / 14:15-22:45u) met flexibiliteit tot wijzigingen hierop. Ploegentoeslag is 17,83%.

    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor

    • Het leidinggeven aan genoemd team bestaande uit operationele medewerkers, waarbij je actief zorgt dat de kwaliteit gewaarborgd wordt. Het coachen en motiveren van medewerkers is cruciaal om excellente resultaten te behalen.
    • De communicatie en accurate rapportage, door middel van KPI's, whiteboard meetings, gebruiken van Manufacturing Executie Systeem en overleg met de Operations Leader.
    • De planning van werkzaamheden en personeel. Coördineren, bijsturen waar nodig en het waarborgen van een adequate bezetting. Daarnaast borg je dat er voldoende kennis en vaardigheden binnen het team aanwezig zijn.
    • De escalatie van afwijkingen monitoren en waar mogelijk het oplossen van technische- en kwaliteitsproblemen.
    • Continu verbeteren met het team en actief zoeken naar verbetermogelijkheden. Je verbetert zelf en stelt het team in staat om verbeteringen te kunnen doorvoeren. Hierbij is het belangrijk om de beschikbare LEAN tools te gebruiken en om de verbeteringen duurzaam te maken.
    • Veiligheid, gezondheid en een opgeruimde werkplek, zodat werkzaamheden niet leiden tot risico's voor jezelf, de medewerkers en de omgeving.

    Je maakt deel uit van

    Als voorman ben je onderdeel van het operationeel management van de afdeling CRR Operations waar componenten worden gemaakt, systemen worden gerefurbished en service onderdelen worden gerepareerd. Je rapporteert aan de Operations Leader van CRR, welke rapporteert aan de Site Leader van Factory Best, de grootste Health Care productielocatie van Philips.

    Om deze functie met succes te vervullen, moet je beschikken over de volgende vaardigheden en ervaring

    • Minimaal een afgeronde technische of logistieke MBO-3 opleiding en bewezen leidinggevende capaciteiten (1-3 jaar); MBO-4 is een pré.
    • Flexibele werkhouding.
    • 5 dagen onsite werken (full time).
    • Drive en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
    • Affiniteit met het werken met mensen en goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn belangrijk in deze rol.
    • Je bent een teamplayer, kan anderen coachen en motiveren en hebt en proactieve zelfstandige werkhouding.
    • Je hebt ervaring met LEAN tools.
    • Goede beheersing van de nederlandse en engelse taal is vereist.
    • Ervaring in een medical device productie omgeving is een pré.
    • Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) en SAP, MES systeem computervaardigheden.
    • Je bent bereid om ook binnen andere delen van Factory Best te worden ingeleerd en ingezet.
