Je bent Project manager voor verbeterprojecten m.b.t. customer service en planning. Daarnaast vertaal je procesverbeteringen in implementatieplannen en verbeterprojecten. Je bent daarin één van de drijvende krachten voor continue verbetering van de service. Verder houdt je je bezig met:● Het ontwikkelen van nieuwe en passende systemen om een hoog serviceniveau te kunnen blijven garanderen.● Account manager zijn voor de klant met één van de grootste verbeterinitiatieven.● Ontwikkelen van duidelijke KPI-modellen en performance management.● Helpen bij de introductie van nieuwe product markt combinaties.● Klant- en milieuvergunningeisen inzien en borgen.● Meedenken aan de toekomst van de terminal Vlaardingen, samen met de operationele en commerciële afdeling een bijdrage leveren aan het terminal master plan.
