- Drive research and development initiatives to advance the field of urban NBS.

- Demonstrate strong leadership in promoting Nature Based Approaches.

- Hold a Master's degree in a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Have over a decade of hands-on experience in urban NBS water-related projects.
- Possess proven international experience.
- Be based in the Netherlands (preferred).
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Have extensive knowledge of NBS implementation, both technical and practical.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Be adaptable to diverse environments and able to collaborate with multicultural teams.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

What you will do as Senior Water-Related Urban Natural-Based Solutions (NBS) Expert
As a Senior Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) Expert, you'll have the opportunity to work both internationally and within the Netherlands. Leveraging your robust advisory skills, you'll collaborate with global, multidisciplinary teams on a variety of projects. Your role will be pivotal in assisting our clients such as World Bank, ADB, and IADB to implement nature-based solutions, enhancing climate resilience in urban and regional contexts.
