- Bijhouden en managen van keuringsplannen
- Kwartaal overleggen voorbereiden en bijwonen
- Volledige projectadministratie beheren (denk aan storingen, stilstand etc.)
- Nauw contact met andere klantenteams binnen Otis
- Maandrapportages verwerken en opstellen, dit gebeurt met de input van de suprvisor
- Nauw contact met de klanten
- Opvolgen van lopende zaken over Sales en Field
- Je hebt ervaring in het beheren van contracten
- Je hebt ervaring in zakelijk klantcontact
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om te werken in een zeer teamgerichte en dynamische omgeving
- Je hebt sterke computer- en technologische vaardigheden, zakelijk inzicht en een drang naar hoge klanttevredenheid
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma MBO+ niveau of hoger
