    OutSmart zoekt een Growth Marketeer

    Jouw rol

    Als Growth Marketeer ben je de drijvende kracht achter het exponentiële groei traject van ons bedrijf in de competitieve SaaS-markt. Je combineert een scherp inzicht in data-analyse met creatieve marketingstrategieën om nieuwe kansen te ontdekken en te benutten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van innovatieve tactieken die leiden tot een duurzame groei van onze klantenkring en omzet. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams, waaronder development, customer success, sales en servicedesk om de volledige levenscyclus van klanten te begrijpen en te optimaliseren.

    Wie we zoeken

    • Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van data-gedreven marketing strategieën om klanten acquisitie, -retentie en -reactivatie te stimuleren.
    • Het analyseren van gegevens om inzicht te krijgen in gebruikersgedrag en trends, en het identificeren van kansen voor groei.
    • Het testen en optimaliseren van marketingcampagnes en -initiatieven om de conversieratio's en ROI te verbeteren.
    • Het samenwerken met het sales team om gekwalificeerde leads te genereren en de verkoopcyclus te verkorten.
    • Het rapporteren van key performance indicators (KPI's) en het delen van inzichten en aanbevelingen met het managementteam.
    • Het creëren en optimaliseren van geïntegreerde marketingcampagnes over verschillende kanalen, inclusief digitale marketing, contentmarketing en sociale media.
    • Het opzetten van geautomatiseerde workflows en funnels om de conversieratio te verbeteren en de customer journey te optimaliseren.
    • Het uitvoeren van rigoureuze A/B-tests en het gebruiken van data-analyse om continue verbeteringen aan te brengen en de ROI te maximaliseren.

    Het is geen eis, maar het zou heel mooi meegenomen zijn als je al ervaring hebt met de volgende zaken:

    • Ervaring met HubSpot
    • Ervaring met campagnemanagement
    • Affiniteit met google analytics en/of Lookers studio
