    As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for growth experiments, ideation, campaign management, data analysis, and copy creation. You are skilled in using data and technology to create and run innovative marketing projects across multiple channels.

    Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing automated strategies for high and middle-intent lead generation to drive pipeline and acquire customers.
  • Managing and executing growth projects across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
  • Utilizing marketing automation and AI tools to scale campaigns and processes efficiently.
  • Finding new data sources that will improve our messaging, targeting, and/or campaign timing.

    • What we're looking for

  • Experience in a similar Growth Marketing role.
  • Able to utilise data analysis and marketing automation tools, to engage in bold, creative marketing tactics.
  • Experience introducing innovative ways to drive pipeline and revenue by taking calculated risks and experimenting.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, founding a company or in product/growth/engineering at a tech startup.
  • Be proficient with the latest marketing tools and technologies, particularity AI. Experience as an architect of growth projects from start to finish.
