    How you ́ll help us:

    As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will

    • Align between regions and HQ the rolling strategic planning of the digital marketing activities, in line with overall company positioning and strategy
    • Define yearly campaigns calendar that are relevant internationally as well as locally.
    • Align and request monthly and quarterly budget within the yearly budget.
    • Manage cross country learning sessions and share best practices across regions.
    • Manage and coordinate external parties such as design house, web agency, copywriter, translation agency
    • Structurally list Marketing demands from and in collaboration with Local teams.
    • Keep a structured calendar, plan campaigns and manage content creation & translation.
    • Timely place ads and posts as per calendar measure results, learn and improve.
    • Weekly review the online campaign result and optimize budget allocation and effect with capped budget.
    • Assign the leads coming into Salesforce to user and land in Deal Flow. Follow up on quality leads to ensure they are followed up by sales.
    • Manage the website of Solplanet updates
    • Be responsible for E-newsletter release.
    • There is potentially the possibility to develop as a leader by coordinating a small team of team members (freelancers and/or internal employees)

    Requirements

    Your background and skills:

    • Have a Bachelors or Masters degree;
    • Have at least 5 years of experience with digital Marketing
    • Have solid general experience in major digital marketing platforms and analytics, ideally specifically in Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media channels.
    • Familiar with CRM software such as HubSpot/Salesforce software is preferred
    • Effective communications skills to interact with internal team, cross function & to external customers/ vendors
    • Business fluent in Dutch and English.
    • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
