    Bij ABB zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven customer operations specialist. In deze rol help jij het customer operations team met het correct afhandelen van de binnenkomende verzoeken en vragen van de klanten.

    De Customer Operations Specialist is het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en business partners voor de divisies Electrification Smart Buildings en Smart Power binnen Nederland. Je rapporteert aan de Teamlead Customer Operations. Met behulp van je customer service vaardigheden en kennis, help je het Customer Operations Team met het correct afhandelen van de binnenkomende verzoeken en vragen van onze klanten.

    Dit betekent dat jij niet bang bent om de telefoon op te pakken en telefoontjes te plegen. Daarnaast ben je erg goed met computersystemen en heb je ervaring met SAP. Je bent communicatief sterk en je werkt secuur.

    Daarnaast:

    • Heb je minstens een afgerond MBO 4 diploma;
    • Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring op het gebied van klantenservice en orderbeheer;
    • Beschik je over een flexibele en proactieve aanpak, met een aangetoond vermogen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor problemen van klanten;
    • Ben je klantvriendelijk, service-minded en een goede teamplayer;
    • Heb je uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een probleemoplossend vermogen;
    • Heb je ervaring met SAP en Salesforce.
    wat ga je doen

    Je zult je bezighouden met het assisteren van de klanten. Je zorgt voor de oplossing van de problemen van de klanten. Dit kunnen problemen zijn met orders, technische zaken of betalingen. Je schakelt hiervoor met andere afdelingen zoals Sales, Technical Support, Operations, Supply Chain management.

    Je takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

    • Bewaken van de status van orders. Je zorgt ervoor dat de leveringen op tijd en volgens schema worden verzonden;
    • Bij speciale verzoeken van de klanten zorg je voor de coördinatie van de juiste oplossing, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van productieplanning, resources,prijsaanvragen en facturen;
    • Het verzorgen van de benodigde rapportages;
    • Het signaleren van afwijkende customer en material masterdata;
    • Zorgdragen voor een goede en pro-actieve communicatie naar de klanten: je verzorgt de klanten van regelmatige updates.
