Terwijl de telefoon stil blijft, hoor je bekende stemmen bij het koffiezetapparaat. Het zijn je collega's die het weekend bespreken en de winnaar van de laatste bake-off wedstrijd op de afdeling Customer Support feliciteren. Met je kopje koffie in de hand sluit je je aan bij hen en lopen jullie gezamenlijk naar jullie afdeling, klaar voor de weekstart. Tijdens deze bijeenkomst worden de uitdagingen van de komende week besproken, evenals een evaluatie van de afgelopen week.
Op de afdeling is geen dag hetzelfde; soms hectisch, soms rustig. Elke dag streef je er met je team naar het beste resultaat te behalen. Je taken zijn divers, maar het is essentieel dat je klantvriendelijk, communicatief vaardig, leergierig, open en spontaan bent. Als onderdeel van een internationaal bedrijf is het spreken van Nederlands én Duits een must, waarbij je jezelf tijdens gesprekken goed verstaanbaar kunt maken.
Het team op de afdeling is verdeeld in frontoffice en aftersales. Frontoffice behandelt dagelijkse zaken zoals orderinvoer, vragen over leveringen en administratieve taken, terwijl aftersales zich richt op technische vraagstukken, voornamelijk gerelateerd aan producthandleidingen. Je team is divers, bestaande uit mannen en vrouwen van verschillende leeftijden, wat een dynamische werkomgeving creëert.
