Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media and Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content tailored to our B2B audience, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement among B2B clients.
• Create highquality content including graphics, videos, and written posts to showcase our products and services.
• Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages from customers and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and our ads speicalists to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives targeted towards B2B customers.
• Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for targeted audience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customercentric approach.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, graphic design software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of the wholesale clothing industry is a plus.
