Wij zoeken een stagiair(e) die het team ondersteunt bij dagelijkse en projectmatige taken. Je zult vooral betrokken zijn bij het onboardingstraject voor nieuwe collega's. Zo neem je deel aan workshops, organiseer je bijeenkomsten en help je met de implementatie van dit traject.
Naast het onboardingsprogramma kan je aan diverse projecten meewerken of zelf oppakken. Zo deel je graag ideeën over onderwerpen als het organiseren van trainingen en het effectief in kaart brengen van learning & development analytics. Binnen ons team werken we voortdurend aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen binnen Enza Zaden, waarbij we rekenen op jouw bijdrage. Wij verwelkomen graag jouw ideeën over hoe we innovatief kunnen blijven

Enza Zaden is een groenteveredelingsbedrijf dat groenterassen ontwikkelt. En de zaden hiervan over de hele wereld produceert en verkoopt. Om je goed (en zo kort mogelijk) uit te leggen wat we doen, hebben we een animatie gemaakt.
