    Amrop Nederland zoekt een Junior Consultant ProcessExcellence uur/week). Amrop is met 69 kantoren in 55 landen, één van de meest vooraanstaande Leadership Advisory& Executive Search bureaus in de wereld. Het Nederlandse kantoor is al meer dan 40 jaar actief en bestaat momenteel uit 7 Partners en een hooggekwalificeerd team. Amrop ondersteunt haar klanten met Executive Search, Board Consulting en Leadership Services.

    Als Junior Consultant Process Excellence maak je onderdeel uit van het gehele Amrop Nederland team, bestaande uit Partners, Research Consultants en Personal Assistants. Je gaat meewerken aan transformatie en procesoptimalisatie trajecten binnen Amrop. Je analyseert processen, identificeert verbeterpunten en implementeert deze met betrekking tot search opdrachten. Daarnaast kijk je ook naar automatisering van processen enhetaansluiten van systemen op elkaar. Dit doe je door het volgen van snelle digitale veranderingen binnen organisaties. Ook heb je interesse in hoe AI kan bijdragen aan automatisering/verbetering van bestaande processen en systemen. Naast je betrokkenheid bij procesoptimalisatie, vind je het leuk om bestaande (commerciële) contracten te onderzoeken en verbeteringen voor te stellen. Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen en zelf met ideeën te komen om de organisatie te verbeteren. Binnen Amrop wordt er samen gewerkt met familie-en private equity-owned bedrijven in verschillende sectoren. Dit bied je inzichten in het bedrijfsleven, de mogelijkheid om je eigen netwerk op te bouwen en je professioneel verder te ontwikkelen.

    Taken


    • Het uitvoeren van gedetailleerde analyses om knelpunten en inefficiënties te identificeren binnen de searchopdrachten en klantprocessen van Amrop


    • Het verantwoordelijk zijn voor databeheer/het bijhouden van de datasystemen


    • Verzamelen en analyseren van gegevens met betrekking tot processen


    • Ontwikkelen van aanbevelingen voor procesverbeteringen op basis van de geïdentificeerde knelpunten


    • Samen met het team opzoek naar oplossingen, zowel op het gebied van processen, systemen en contracten


    • Verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van de implementatie van voorgestelde procesverbeteringen en het monitoren van de prestaties na implementatie


    • Uitzoeken van verschillende AI-toepassingen voor procesautomatisering en –verbetering en het opereren als expert binnen de organisatie.


    • Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van de productiviteit, kwaliteit, effectiviteit en de klanttevredenheid binnen Amrop.

    Vereisten


    • Je bent afgestudeerd/bezig met een universitaire (Master) opleiding in de richting van Economie, Bedrijfskunde, Bedrijfseconomie, Informatiekunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde


    • Beschikbaar voor 12-24 uur per week


    • Analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden


    • Zelfstandigheid en initiatiefrijk


    • Affiniteit met procesoptimalisatie en automatisering/AI


    • Ervaring met MS Office


    • Je kunt projectmatig werken en weet goed overzicht te houden


    • Teamspeler


    • Leergierige houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken


    • Vloeiend in Nederlandse en Engelse taal
