  • Afgeronde WO-masteropleiding, bij voorkeur op het snijvlak van Bedrijfskunde/Economie en Technologie.
  • Je hebt kennis van en aantoonbare affiniteit met technologische en operationele procesverbetering.
  • Programmeerervaring in Python, Javascript en SQL Databases is een vereiste.
  • Kennis van gerelateerde Low-Code, RPA, Process Mining en Chatbots software is een pré.
  • Ervaring met Git, Azure DevOps en Cloud Architectuur is een pré.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen IT-consultancy of met projectmatig (implementatie) werk.
  • Je denkt conceptueel, werkt geordend en wilt graag uitgedaagd worden door complexe vraagstukken.
  • Enthousiaste teamspeler, met een growth mindset die bereid is om een stapje extra te zetten.

    Wat ga jij doen in deze functie?

    Het Digital Process Excellence (DPE) team is onderdeel van Finance & Business Services in de adviestak van KPMG. Als senior consultant DPE houd jij je bezig met het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen van klanten. Dit betreft een breed scala, van Finance tot HR, en alles wat daar tussen zit. Samen met de klant onderzoek je waar verbeteringen doorgevoerd kunnen worden in productiviteit, kwaliteit, kosten en klanttevredenheid. Hiervoor gebruik je methodieken als Lean Six Sigma en technologieën als RPA, Chatbots, Low-Code en Process Mining.

    Als Senior Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor (een deel van) een klantproject en ben je continu bezig met innovatie en operationele vraagstukken bij de klant. Je bent vanaf het onderzoeken van het vraagstuk tot aan de end-to-end ontwikkeling en implementatie van een technologie betrokken en hierbij werk je (team overstijgend) samen met collega's. Je werkzaamheden zijn gevarieerd, van het opleiden en aansturen van junior consultants of developers, het doorlopen van traditionele LEAN-trajecten tot het bouwen van automatiseringsoplossingen of het geven van workshops in bijvoorbeeld Design Thinking en Scrum.

    Je fungeert als brug tussen de klant en de nieuwste technologieën uit onze Digital Stack en je bent in staat om de complexiteit van deze technologieën op een begrijpelijke manier uit te leggen aan de klant. Ook is er genoeg ruimte om je eigen (deel)projecten te draaien, zoals het bedenken van een nieuwe toepassing van een van de technologieën in onze digital stack. Daarnaast word je begeleid in je ontwikkeling en heb je keuzevrijheid in de trainingen die bij jou passen Denk hierbij aan specialistische trainingen afgestemd op jouw behoefte (bijvoorbeeld in Cloud Architectuur) of consultancy skills (zoals public speaking of project management).
