    Help us get thousands of new colleagues every week. Picnic is not only redefining how people shop for groceries, but we are also growing at a tremendous pace. We are in the midst of a significant recruitment drive as we expand our presence in both emerging (France and Germany) and well-established regions (Netherlands). We're seeking a talented and motivated Performance Marketeer to join our Recruitment Marketing team and play a vital role in attracting new colleagues to help us meet the surging customer demand.

    In a nutshell

    Picnic is looking for a Performance Marketeer to join our Recruitment Marketing team, and help us scale our marketing efforts across all channels from Google Ads to Paid Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). You'll work closely with other performance marketing specialists, employer branding specialists, designers, and copywriters.

    You will form an important part of the performance marketing team and directly contribute to our growth. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to get your hands dirty and learn how a growing brand does performance marketing.

    What you'll do

    • Publish and analyze new advertising campaigns and assets in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and job platforms like Indeed.
    • Initiate and conduct strategic tests and marketing experiments within our advertising platforms, aiming for continuous improvement in our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and setting benchmarks for success.
    • Collaborate closely with operations and recruitment teams to consistently meet our weekly job application goals in 200+ locations across the Netherlands, Germany, and France.
    • Work closely with an experienced performance marketeer, learning how we set up and improve our recruitment campaigns.

    About you

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in either a marketing or business-related field
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in SEA
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
    • Marketing affinity and first contact with online marketing tools
    • Adaptable and energetic, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills
    • A keen eye for detail
    • Fluent in English, and bonus points for Dutch, German, or French
    • Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
