    Als Manager Precision Parts Production kom je te werken in een omgeving waar de meest hoogwaardige fijnmechanische onderdelen worden geproduceerd. Dit zijn stuk voor stuk producten met zeer hoge kwaliteitseisen, die zich vaak op de randen van de maakbaarheid bevinden.

    Onlangs hebben we onze productie opgedeeld in een Fastlane productie en een afdeling voor de seriematige productie van terugkerend werk. Binnen deze laatste afdeling gaat het om high mix, low volume serieproductie waarbij een constante hoge kwaliteit met een betrouwbare levertijd een vereiste is. Het continu zoeken naar procesverbeteringen en het gestructureerd en gecontroleerd invoeren hiervan, is verankerd in de werkwijze van deze afdeling. De afdeling zelf bestaat uit meerdere teams van specialisten op het gebied van frezen, draaien, vonken, bankwerken, en meten. Als Manager Precision Parts Production ben je verantwoordelijk voor het productieresultaat en maakt onderdeel uit van het Management Team.

    We zoeken een pragmatische leidinggevende die deze afdeling kan leiden en mede vorm kan geven. De Manager Precision Parts Production werkt nauw samen met de Manager Fastlane. Hij gaat samen met zijn teamleiders door middel van het inrichten van inwerkprogramma's en kennisoverdracht een schaalbare productie organisatie opzetten die mee kan groeien met de snel toenemende klantvraag.

    Concreet betekent dit dat jij je als leidinggevende gaat bezighouden met:

    • Het inrichten van de Precision Parts Production afdeling
    • Dagelijks aansturen van teamleiders, gezien de snelle groei komen hier nog medewerkers/disciplines bij
    • Opzetten van een schaalbare productie organisatie
    • Ontwikkelen van de organisatie op het gebied van kwaliteit, o.a. door het organiseren van trainingen en het maken van werkinstructies
    • Het gestructureerd doorvoeren van continue verbeteringen binnen het productieproces
    • Borgen en controleren van de productieprocessen zowel op het vlak van kwaliteit als levertijd
    • Zorgen dat er constant een goed inzicht is in de verwachte levertijden
    • Verder implementeren en onderhouden van het AS9100 kwaliteitssysteem voor de productie
    • Toepassen van statistische technieken om trends in de productkwaliteit te monitoren
    • Voeren van interne overleggen met andere afdelingshoofden en de teamleiders van o.a. Werkvoorbereiding, Inkoop en Logistiek

    Functie-eisen

    • Ruime ervaring als Productie Manager binnen de maakindustrie en kennis van verspanende technieken
    • Ervaring in het aansturen en ontwikkelen van teamleiders
    • Kennis van Operational Excellence, Lean en Six Sigma technieken
    • HBO niveau
    • Een coachende en motiverende leiderschapsstijl
    • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
    • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
