What will you be doing?

As a (Senior) Manager in the Cloud & Digital team, you work in close collaboration with our customers to solve challenging, complex and socially relevant issues at the intersection of business & IT. You will be part of an often international and dynamic team that is focused on rapid development and that collaborates intensively with other disciplines within PwC. We are looking for experienced consultants who want to work with international clients on innovative technological solutions. We are involved in every stage of transformation projects, from strategic planning to execution. In this you help the customer form their vision of technology and how this can help accelerate their transformation. You do this together with a team, where you direct and guide colleagues. As a (Senior) Manager in the Cloud & Digital team, you fall under the Technology advisory group within the Advisory work field. We advise clients on IT strategy, organizational development, performance improvement and all popular (ERP) solution platforms. Does this describe you?

You are an experienced advisor who advises CIOs on strategy & organization. You are interested in the latest technologies and how they solve important problems for our customers and society.

You also have:

• You have at least 4 years of demonstrable work experience in an advisory / transformational role within the commercial sector, where you have been involved in (extensive) assignments in the field of Digital (IT) strategies and / or technology-driven transformation programs.
• You have completed an academic degree (Master's degree)
• You identify and address customer needs, you develop and maintain customer relationships through networking, and you are able to identify and (help to) develop potential new opportunities;
• You speak and write English fluently, and Dutch is a plus;
• You have excellent communication skills and a clear opinion that you like to share with others in a constructive way;
• You want to gain new knowledge, share acquired knowledge, expand your network and you enjoy coaching junior colleagues.

In addition, we expect at least one of the following skills:

• Designing an IT/Digital Strategy for and together with customers is a piece of cake for you and/or;
• You have extensive experience in designing and implementing an (Agile) IT Operating Model, from vision, processes and structure to RACIs and the Request for Advice to the Works Council & Executive Board and/or;
• You are able to help customers in the field of Data. You can easily shake up a good data strategy, governance and maturity scan and/or;
• You are able to understand and develop architectures, conceptually and logically, as well as integration architectures for a complex IT landscape, and to translate these insights into fit/gap analysis on an existing IT landscape and/or;
• You are able to help customers with migration to a (new) cloud environment: from the cloud strategy, migration approach and project management to the fit/gap analysis and actual migration.
