    A selection of the activities you may encounter: advising managers on HR issues, supporting and supervising our Metaal 2000 branch at Marne 26, coordinating absenteeism due to illness, payroll processing, answering HR questions from colleagues and supporting the recruitment and selection of new employees, such as drawing up vacancies and supporting job interviews. You will also contribute to the further professionalization of the HR department and the organization. This includes the implementation of HR programs, training and workshops. And of course the usual operational activities.

    We are ambitious and stand for good employment practices and the continuous development of HR policy. You will be given the opportunity to help shape and promote the HR vision.

    Who are you?
    To fulfill this role successfully, excellent communication skills at various organizational levels are essential. You also have an ambitious personality, courage and natural powers of persuasion. Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly are also important. Moreover, you are able to work independently in a team in a precise and structured manner.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in HR
  • You have completed an HBO education, for example in human resources management
  • A good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
