Jouw uitdaging
Als Quality Advisor bij Incotec ben je het eersteaanspreekpunt op kwaliteitsgebied en zorg je er samen met je collega's voor datonze klanten kwaliteitsproducten geleverd krijgen. Je start projecten op omkwaliteitsissues op te lossen of te voorkomen, en ziet waar het beter kan ofanders moet. Op basis van data-analyse bepaal je of producten aan de juisteeisen voldoen, signaleer je trends in gewassen en pak je onderliggendeproblemen op. Ook help je mee met het ontwikkelen van nieuwe werkmethoden.
Jij bent
Opgeleid op hbo(+)-niveau, hebt ervaring met hetwerken in een kwaliteitsomgeving en een fysiologische achtergrond is een pré. Jeadviseert collega's over kwaliteitsaspecten, je bent sociaal vaardig enbenaderbaar. Als je proactief, nauwkeurig, daadkrachtig en positief kritisch bentingesteld, dan pas je goed in ons team. Helpen om processen en producten teverbeteren? Daar krijg je energie van. Je bent nieuwsgierig, hebt de drive omdoor te vragen, kunt problemen gestructureerd oplossen en prioriteren. Met je analytischevermogen kun je data en observaties interpreteren en omzetten in praktischevoorstellen. Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal is een must, evenals fulltime invulling geven aan deze vacature.
