- Develop and implement internal communications strategies to support our transformation;
- Develop content, digital, and social media strategies in line with the communication strategy;
- Create engaging content using multiple media and channels;
- Identify opportunities for employee engagement using individual, team and group interventions to involve and engage our people;
- Collaborate with external advisors on internal communications;
- Establish two-way communication by sharing personal stories and team experiences through text, images, and video;
- Oversee the entire communication process, from strategy to implementation;
- Adapt and switch between different business units, target audiences, and communication topics. Your profile:
- A HEART for connecting with our People and helping them get involved and engaged in our business transformation program. You will work closely with People and Performance professionals and advise on various internal communication topics;
- A HEAD for understanding the business focus on market and operational excellence and how this inspires effective internal communication strategies;
- A HANDS-ON mentality for collaborating with external suppliers, business units, managers and employees for designing and implementing effective communications using all media available;
- Expertise in translating complicated themes and change topics into clear messages, in text, images and video;
- Strong content creation skills and a creative writing style. You can express change and transformation themes in an understandable way, through various communication tools for various target groups;
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications;
- 3+ years of experience in an internal communications role with a focus on change and performance;
- 3+ years of experience working across functional and country boundaries;
- Experience with implementing internal communication policies and processes and measuring the impact of the implementation;
- A deep understanding of the sociopsychological aspects of people-oriented change and how to communicate effectively in that context.
- Fluency in Dutch and English;
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between business units and functional staff. What we offer:

What you'll do:
Working closely with direct teammates - our Business Partners, HR Project Managers, and Learning and Development Lead -, you'll be instrumental in engaging our employees on this journey. Collaborating with external communication experts, you'll develop communication strategies that support our business transformation.
You'll work across our global business units to define their unique change journeys. You'll help to share their experiences within the organization so that we can learn from each other. Your role will involve guiding our colleagues in the implementation of Aurora's changes along the dimensions of organization and people, policy and process, data and analytics, technology and digital.
You'll report directly to the People and Performance Manager.
