    FUNCTIE
    Als Teamleader Customer Service ben jij de stuwende kracht achter het Customer Service team. Jij bent een leidinggevende die mensen kan uitdagen, initiatieven in het team stimuleert en draagvlak creëert. Je bent een mensgerichte leidinggevende met een passie voor Customer Service. Jij ziet verbetermogelijkheden van processen en weet deze te optimaliseren. Jij kunt mensen in hun kracht zetten, uitdagen en stimuleert initiatieven die bijdragen aan de gestelde doelstellingen en resultaten. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om de servicekwaliteit voortdurend te verbeteren en klantgerichte oplossingen te bieden. Om altijd op de hoogte te zijn van het reilen en zeilen van je team draai je ook soms operationeel mee. Dit houdt in: het maken van een offerte, order entry, klachtenafhandeling en de beantwoording van technische klantvragen. Hierin stel jij de klant altijd centraal.

    TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

    * Leiding- en sturing geven aan het Customer Service Team.
    * Zorgen voor een consistente en hoogwaardige klantenservice.
    * Vertalen van strategische doelen naar praktische uitvoerbare activiteiten.
    * Opstellen van operationele doelstellingen en KPI's voor het team en ervoor zorgen dat deze worden behaald.
    * Analyseren van klantfeedback en trends om verbeteringen voor te stellen en te implementeren.
    * Samenwerken met andere afdelingen, zoals sales, marketing en inkoop/logistiek, om klantgerichte initiatieven te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren.
    * Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van processen en sturen op het juiste verloop van procedures.
    * Klantgerichte mindset en streven naar continue verbetering van de klantervaring.
    * Optimaal gebruik maken van het CRM systeem.
