- Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het marketing- en sales (jaar)plan;
- Als Manager Communications coördineer je de samenwerking met externe partijen zoals reclame- en mediabureaus;
- Daarbij coördineer je de PR en alle perscontacten en neemt het woordvoerderschap op wanneer nodig;
- Je ondersteunt inhoudelijk de customer care communicatie;
- Het team dat je aanstuurt bestaat uit vijf marketingmedewerkers (waarvan 2 offline en 2 online) en draagt zorg voor de realisatie van concrete marketing- en communicatieactiviteiten;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bewaking van het communicatiebudget en werkprocessen.
- Afgeronde HBO-/WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van marketing en communicatie;
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring en aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van marketing en/of communicatie professionals;
- Vloeiend in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift;
- Je hebt inzicht in de trends en ontwikkelingen in de branche, de doelgroepen van Walibi Holland en op het gebied van marketing en communicatie. Je weet dit te vertalen naar een effectief communicatieplan;
- Reisbereidheid om enkele keren per jaar het hoofdkantoor in Parijs te bezoeken;
- Daarnaast ben je analytisch, slagvaardig en goed in het stellen van prioriteiten.

De functie
Als Manager Communications bij Walibi zorg jij ervoor dat je samen met je team (bestaande uit vijf marketingmedewerkers) de meest succesvolle communicatiecampagnes opzet. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de marketingstrategie van het merk Walibi, Walibi Holland, Walibi Village en het BizNiz Center. Het maximale uit je team halen, stellen van deadlines en deze opvolgen zit in jouw DNA.
De organisatie
Walibi Holland staat op de eerste plaats voor het ervaren van de meest spectaculaire thrill rides en events Achtbanen als Lost Gravity en Goliath en een event als Halloween Fright Nights zijn intense en geweldige ervaringen. Walibi Holland bestaat uit drie onderdelen. De belangrijkste pijler is het attractiepark, dat zich richt op families met kinderen, tieners en jongvolwassenen. Naast het attractiepark richt Walibi zich op het vakantiepark: 'Walibi Village' (gericht op gasten van het attractiepark) en het te verhuren evenemententerrein van circa 80 hectare. Walibi Holland is in het bezit van het Franse Compagnie des Alpes.
Het park is gedeeltelijk in de winter gesloten, wat betekent dat de medewerkerspopulatie bestaat uit een vaste bezetting (ca 110 medewerkers) en seizoenskrachten (1200 medewerkers). De organisatie bestaat naast een aantal stafafdelingen uit de afdelingen marketing & sales, operations en in-park spending.
Inhoud van de functie
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de invulling van de marketingmix. Dit omvat onder andere het bepalen van de positionering op basis van klantinzicht, het creëren van brand awareness en consideration, het versterken van het imago en het aanzetten tot gewenst gedrag (zowel online als offline);
Plaats binnen de organisatie
Als Manager Communications ben je onderdeel van het MT en stuur je direct vijf marketingmedewerkers aan. Je rapporteert aan de Marketing en Sales Director en de standplaats is Biddinghuizen.
