    Klinkt goed, hoe kan ik helpen?

    Als Senior Product Owner ben je end to end verantwoordelijk voor de digitale werkplek omgevingen op internationaal niveau. Je leidt de productontwikkeling, bouwt en onderhoudt cross-functionele teams, en beheert het budget. En je start digitale transformaties die naadloos aansluiten bij de gebruikers en de behoefte van de organisatie.

    Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de strategieën en visies van verschillende producten die nodig zijn om de beste werkplek omgevingen te faciliteren. End to end, dus van ontwerp tot aan launch. Je zorgt ervoor dat de brug wordt geslagen tussen de behoeftes van de gebruikers en de technische oplossingen die worden geleverd. De nadruk ligt zowel op de mobile als web kant.

    Je werkt samen met verschillende teams en partners om de doelen te bereiken. Denk hierbij aan product teams, UX/UI, marketing, sales en customer support. Naast het samenwerken zorg je er ook voor dat er cross functionele (Scrum) teams worden samengesteld en aangestuurd om tot de beste producten te komen.

    Tot slot ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de performance van de producten en de innovatiekracht. En zorg je ten alle tijden dat de producten zijn afgestemd op wat de gebruiker nodig heeft.

    Dit wil ik Wat moet ik hiervoor in huis hebben?

    Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een Senior Product (Owner) rol waar je de eindverantwoordelijkheid hebt gedragen over producten gericht op workplaces en werkplekken. Uiteraard ben je hierin specialist en ben je op de hoogte van de juridische en security aspecten van dit domein. De voorkeur is dat deze kennis ligt binnen Microsoft Windows 10, Office365, en MDM.

    Ook heb je ervaring met het aansturen van product (scrum) teams en leveranciers waar de focus lag op software ontwikkeling binnen het werkplek domein. Als deze cross functional waren is dat een pre. Daarnaast ben je eraan gewend om budget verantwoordelijkheid te dragen en management keuzes te maken. En senior stakeholders te managen.

    Dat is natuurlijk wel de bedoeling. Daarom kun je rekenen op een salaris tussen de €5,000 - €7.100,- bruto per maand. Daarbovenop is een bonus regeling die kan oplopen tot 12,5%. Uiteraard is er een uitstekend pensioen beschikbaar en 30 vrije dagen om er ook even tussen uit te gaan.
