For Organon Oss we are currently recruiting for the role of:

New Product Coordinator (level 2)

The Position

We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Master Data specialist with our Integrated Process Team (IPT) Solids packaging. Reporting into the Master Data Lead, you will ensure all master data and artwork-related activities associated with new product launches/affiliate transfers are performed to meet business expectations, and you will manage the end-to-end process for artwork development, in-line artwork activity and the artwork management system in accordance with (both internal and external) customer expectations. In addition, you will perform the new product coordination end-to-end process. Manage change management for Bill of Materials (BOMs), artwork, and components (including specifications), including data maintenance in IT systems, and phase-in / phase-out planning of materials. The New Product Coordinator will formulate and coordinate projects related to new products and transfers and ensure that related changes are in compliance with relevant regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) technical requirements. You will be the point of contact regarding new product introductions and product changes for Regulatory Affairs and Technical Operations and other relevant external and internal parties.

The department

Within Organon Oss, the Integrated Process Team (IPT) Solids packaging is responsible for the packaging of women's health oral solids dosage forms for multiple international markets. The activities are performed in a pharmaceutical (GMP) production facility with various technologies (mainly blistering, sachetting, and cartooning), and there are currently also multiple modernization projects running. The IPT consists of approximately 120 team members, containing operations, continuous improvement, maintenance & reliability, process automation, planning & scheduling, quality and EHS compliance, and technical support for the shop floor.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the timely availability of compliant artwork and accompanied master data related to new product introductions, product transfers, introduction to new markets, and line extensions. This is executed via thorough project management and in close cooperation with all relevant disciplines (f.e. Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Operations) in line with GMP procedures and guidelines.
Coordinate initiatives and improvements supporting bulk and pack production extension or modification from a master data perspective.
Translate and coordinate global improvements towards the site Oss, concerning global master data and artwork standards.
Assessment of the impact of Global SOP & global master data standard changes on IPT operations.
Coordinate and coach within a project management setting the NPC level 1 and MBR editor, where appropriate.
Engineering Change Management (ECM) & local activities in alignment with global expectations of SCM data management. Creation, amendment & completion of all associated manufacturing data support for BOMs, recipes & MES MBR creation & approvals, including required documentation.
Appropriate master data accuracy through creating analyzing, and communicating SCM data metrics and reports.
Ensure and maintain compliance with the new products and processes regarding the artworks and master data and take preventive and corrective actions when necessary, in close cooperation with CoEs and other IPTs.
Ensure proper communication with the regional hub, Global Supply Chain, Franchise, and New Products Management regarding chemical entities/products introduction and line extensions.
Support and be the backup for the Master Data Lead. From an operational perspective able to lead and support Tier's communication structure and follow normal escalation paths.

Required Education, Experience, Skills

Bachelor's degree in a technical, business or other related field of study;
A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or regulated environment;
Experience in project management;
Able to set priorities and ability to make the right decisions, also in case of (time) pressure.
Teamplayer, flexible and willing to 'go the extra mile';
Innovative abilities and drive for continuous improvement;
Focus on customers, quality, and compliance;
Prior experience with SAP and MES (Werum) would be an asset;
Good communication skills (written and spoken) in Dutch and English.
