- Je overziet alle regelgeving, compliance en legal zaken binnen LYNX.
- Je staat in voor het managen en implementeren van de internationale compliance organisatie
- Je adviseert over Europese en Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving die van toepassing is op LYNX.
- Je beheert en optimaliseert de relatie met toezichthouders en betreffende uitvragen en audits.
- Je beheert de licenties, verklaringen, meldingen en registraties bij de toezichthoudende autoriteiten.
- Je zorgt voor de ontwikkeling en opvolging van company policies, controles, rapportages en compliance risk management.
- Je bent lid van het managementteam en functioneert als adviseur en sparringpartner voor het senior management en de board.
- Master in Rechtsgeleerdheid
- Meer dan 10-15 jaar ervaring in Compliance en Legal functies binnen de financiële sector, in het bijzonder in een (retail) beleggingsonderneming.
- Diepgaande kennis van relevante Europese regelgeving (Wft, MiFID/MiFIR, IFR/IFD enz.) en Nederlandse regelgeving.
- Diepgaande kennis van corporate governance.
- Aangetoonde leiderschaps en people management-vaardigheden.
- Uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Sterke onderhandelings- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Crisismanagement vaardigheden en het vermogen om de impact van regelgevende veranderingen te anticiperen.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels vereist.
