We are seeking a highly motivated HR Operations Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing all HR operations across our 11 global locations.

You and your team will play a key role in ensuring our payroll processes are accurate and timely, and that new hires are seamlessly onboarded into our organization.


You will report to the Head of People and together, you will make a real impact in optimizing and implementing systems and processes in our pan-European organisation.

The majority of the team is based in Amsterdam, but we also have some team members working from the London and Luxembourg office.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage a team of HR operations professionals across multiple countries.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR administration, including benefits, employee relations, and recordkeeping, for a global workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the payroll process for all employees, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires, fostering a positive first impression and smooth integration.
  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient HR systems and processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders across the organization to provide strategic HR support.
  • Act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role within HR operations.
  • Proven experience in managing a global HR team with a strong understanding of international HR practices.
  • Indepth knowledge of payroll processing and compliance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent project management, problemsolving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Fluency in English and an additional language (a plus).
