    Technical Manager

    LET OP: Deze vacature is reeds vervuld. Er kan niet meer gesolliciteerd worden.

    Als Technical Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de door jou samen te voegen afdelingen technisch onderhoud, werkvoorbereiding & technische inkoop en HSE project engineering. In de functie van Technical Manager:

    • geef je enthousiast direct leiding aan 7 medewerkers en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor circa 20 medewerkers;
    • stuur je de dagelijkse operatie aan op gebied van projectmanagement, projectvoorbereiding, het gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieubeleid en het onderhoud van het machinepark;
    • draag je zorg voor het vormgeven van de nieuw op te zetten afdeling en ben je daarnaast belast met de implementatie, begeleiding en afstemming van dit veranderingsproces;
    • geef je gezamenlijk met de afdeling richting aan het proces waarbij een sterke focus ligt op een effectief en efficiënt verlopend productieproces;
    • ben je tevens verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouds- en investeringsbudget;
    • maak je deel uit van het Management Team van de locatie;
    • rapporteer je aan de Algemeen Directeur.

    Vereisten

    • je beschikt bij voorkeur over een afgeronde WO opleiding in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde of Electrotechniek;
    • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een managementrol, bij voorkeur binnen een technische engineering en/of productieomgeving;
    • Je bent een stevige manager met visie en sterke change management kwaliteiten;
    • Je bent een inspirerend leider die daadkrachtig leiderschap weet te combineren met een mensgerichte aansturing;
    • Je beschikt over de vaardigheid om het nieuwe team te voorzien van nieuwe inzichten en werkmethoden en deze te borgen binnen de organisatie.

    Onze opdrachtgever Forbo Novilon te Coevorden heeft zich in veertig jaar ontwikkeld tot een van de grootste vinylproducenten met export over de gehele wereld. Forbo-Novilon B.V. is een toonaangevende producent van verend vinyl en project vinyl en is onderdeel van de divisie Forbo Flooring. Forbo Flooring is een onderdeel van de Zwitserse Forbo Group. Forbo Group is eigenaar van Forbo Flooring systems en Forbo Movement system met twintig fabrieken en vestigingen in 32 landen wereldwijd. Forbo Flooring is leider op de wereldmarkt voor projectvinyl, projecttapijt, Marmoleum en Flotex vloerbedekking en Coral schoonloopsystemen. Naast vloerbedekkingen ontwikkelt, fabriceert en verkoopt Forbo een compleet pakket professionele serviceproducten.

    Forbo-Novilon B.V. is een dynamische organisatie waarin groei, vernieuwing en ontwikkeling voorop staan. Momenteel zijn er 300 mensen bij Forbo-Novilon B.V. in Coevorden werkzaam. Forbo-Novilon is het kenniscentrum van de Forbo fabrieken voor Project Vinyl. Het spreekt dan ook voor zich dat er continu wordt geïnvesteerd in de persoonlijke groei van de medewerkers. Voorts wordt er een actief IIP beleid (Investors In People) gevoerd.
