What you will do

As a Business Technology Principal, you will be a key member of the team working with the client to analyze, design & develop cutting edge technology solutions for their business problems. You will be able to impact business metrics and KPIs through large scale digital transformation programs. Be it digital commerce, retail, supply chain or any other area, you will help analyze the leading solutions and help customize those to the specific needs and business goals of our clients.

Business Development & Pre-sales:

Be advisor to C-suite for Discovery sessions and supply chain digital solution expertise.
Lead discussions with our clients in identifying and structuring the need
Help create a picture of business value associated with the digital supply chain solutions
Be able to help build high level solution design and implementation plan to achieve their strategic goals and build presentations, solution demonstrations and liaise with our partners in bringing solutions to life.

Consulting & Implementation:

Lead projects and client meetings.
Develop the project plan in conjunction with various stakeholders.
Manage various project artifacts like requirements document, milestones, deliverables etc. to ensure project completes on time, in scope and within budget.
Apply your technology & business knowledge to create a path for Supply Chain Digital Transformation.
Work with solution architects & other teams to shape IT Strategies.
Setup and facilitate workshops & interviews with client teams.

What you will bring

At least 8-10 years of Supply Chain processes/technology/consulting and implementation experience.
Degree in Supply Chain or related quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science etc.); and/or MBA
Solid experience in the Supply Chain applications landscape
Experience with consulting & implementation of leading Supply Chain solutions like o9, blue yonder et all.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies like Agile, Waterfall & SDLC cycles.
Good communication skills (oral and written); fluent in English, Dutch, German or other European languages a plus.
Ability to innovate and deal with constantly changing environment.
Passionate about technology, takes initiative and willing to learn new skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for client projects.

Nice to have:

MBA or related management degree
Experience with Fashion/Retail/Manufacturing Supply Chains.
