    Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende baan in een keuken en vind je het leuk om verschillende culinair hoogwaardige gerechten en delen hiervan te bereiden? Ben je gedreven en wil je in je toekomst investeren Dan ben je in de keukenbrigade van Hotel Des Indes op je plek. Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die er voor wil zorgen dat onze gasten een geweldige ervaring beleven. Iemand met productekennis en gedrevenheid die zelfstandig een parti kan draaien.

    Hotel Des Indes is een prachtig vijfsterrenhotel in het hartje van Den Haag. Met haar rijke geschiedenis en monumentaal pand pronkt het hotel al meer dan 140 jaar aan de Lange Voorhout. Gasten staan centraal binnen Hotel Des Indes en als een groot team zullen we alles doen om de verwachtingen van onze gasten te overtreffen.

    Als Chef de Parti werk je mee en leid je de werkzaamheden binnen de parti zodanig dat een culinair hoogwaardig product tot stand komt. Daarnaast zal je bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van garnituren en zal je voorstellen doen aan de Senior Sous Chef en Sous Chef.

    Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

    Als Chef de Parti ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle voorbereidende en uitvoerende werkzaamheden met betrekking tot alle keukenactiviteiten. Verder plan je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, houd je de dagvoorraad op peil en geef je alle gerechten door. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de controle en het opslaan van een breed assortiment hoogwaardige goederen en het dagelijks doorgeven van bestellingen voor benodigde grondstoffen. Ervoor zorgen dat het ontbijtbuffet er strak uit ziet en de roomservice voldoende voorraad heeft, is ook de verantwoordelijkheid van onze Chef de Parti.

    In het kader van de kwaliteitsbewaking zie je er op toe dat de kwaliteit van de gerechten en de naleving van HACCP wordt toegepast. Verder ben je op de hoogte van de regels van veiligheid, hygiëne en persoonlijke verzorging.

    Als Chef de Parti ben jij de persoon die samen met de rest van het team de visie en doelen uitdraagt van de Executive Chef en daardoor staat voor het hoge service niveau dat wij dagelijks onze gasten aanbieden.

    Kennis & vaardigheden:

    • Kennis van alle HACCP standaarden
    • SVH opleiding
    • Productkennis
    • Demonstreert een juist en veilig gebruik van alle materialen
    • Kennis van de hotelprocedures met betrekking tot hygiëne, gezondheid, brand en veiligheid
    • Leidinggevende ervaring in keuken
    • Ervaring in vijfsterren hotel is een pré
