Waar ga je werken en wat ga je doen?
Als Service Engineer bij Siemens Healthineers ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inbedrijfstelling en het onderhoud aan laboratorium apparatuur in laboratoria, ziekenhuizen, zorginstellingen en privé klinieken, zodat zij hun klanten optimaal van dienst kunnen zijn. Daarnaast ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de storingsdiensten. Hierbij zorg jij ervoor dat de oorzaak wordt vastgesteld, de storing wordt opgelost en zo snel mogelijk weer ter beschikking van de klant staat. Dit kan op afstand via remote support of bij de klant op locatie.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en trekt conclusies uit de beschikbare informatie, om onze klant goed te adviseren over het gebruik en onderhoud van de apparatuur. Na afloop van de werkzaamheden zorg je voor een rapportage inclusief documentatie van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Aangezien jij bij de klant bent zie je ook verkoop kansen en ondersteun je onze verkopers daar waar je kan.
Je start via Abilitec en bij gebleken geschiktheid krijg je een directe aanstelling aangeboden vanuit Siemens. Tijdens het eerste jaar volg je op kosten van Abilitec de noodzakelijke opleidingen om je volledig te kwalificeren voor deze functie.
