    Bedrijfsomschrijving Wij zijn worldofworkTM, een snelgroeiend team van Digital HR specialisten. Samen met onze klanten bouwen wij aan HR afdelingen van de toekomst. We ontwerpen en implementeren HR & Talent Management processen en systemen waarmee onze klanten een geweldige werkomgeving aan hun medewerkers kunnen bieden. Functieomschrijving Als ervaren HR applicatie consultant ben je onderdeel van ons Platform Delivery team. Samen met het team van HR implementatiespecialisten werk je aan verschillende projecten en opdrachten voor onze opdrachtgevers. Je werkt aan functioneel beheer van HR/verzuim-systemen, waarbij je zorgt voor de optimale werking en ondersteuning van gebruikers door het behandelen van vragen, het oplossen van problemen en het verzorgen van trainingen en handleidingen;
    Je werkt nauw samen met collega HR-projectmanagers bij onze klanten om tijdlijnen, taken, problemen en budgetten te beheren binnen implementatieprojecten. Na implementatie neem je de gebruikers mee in de nieuwe software. Je doet dit bijvoorbeeld door middel van een presentatie of door samen met je collega's een training te geven;
    Ook werk je samen met onze integratie-engineers en data-ontwerpers om niet alleen het HR-platform van je klant op te zetten, maar het ook te integreren met andere systemen die ze gebruiken en hen te voorzien van indrukwekkende rapporten en dashboards;
    Verder bouw je een netwerk op binnen je klantenkring waarin je kansen leert zien om hieraan samen met je commerciële collega's aan te werken.
    Naast HR specialisaties zoals Learning, Recruitment en Payroll investeren wij op dit moment veel in expertise op het gebied van verzuim en medewerkerswelzijn (Employee Health & Well-being). Voor deze specialisatie zoeken wij een nieuwe collega met de ambitie om zich hierin te specialiseren. De eerste 6 maanden vindt veel van je training (on-the-job) plaats bij één van onze softwarepartners in Den Bosch (ongeveer 2 dagen per week). Functie-eisen Als ervaren HR applicatie consultant opereer je op het snijvlak van functioneel beheer en HR business consultancy. Jij helpt onze klanten bij de implementatie en optimalisatie van hun HR software, in dit geval specifiek de oplossing Xpert Suite van Otherside at Work. Je bent een echte doener en kunt zelfstandig een project, optimalisatie of implementatie verzorgen en je vindt het leuk om klanten mee te nemen in deze verbeteringen.
    Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
    Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring als functioneel beheerder, maar tenminste grote interesse in techniek en software;
    Je hebt misschien eerder al gewerkt met HR tools (denk aan AFAS of Visma Raet, Nmbrs, etc). Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
    Je bent zelfstandig, hebt een gezonde dosis lef en bent flexibel.
    Veel van je werk kan op afstand, vanuit huis als dat past. We bieden jou een uitdagende rol waarin je de kans krijgt om onze nieuwe specialisatie Employee Health & Well-being te versterken. Je werkt in een klein team samen met twee collega's;
    Bij aanvang start je met een jaarcontract dat bij wederzijdse tevredenheid wordt omgezet naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
    Naast 2 dagen in Den Bosch zoeken collega's elkaar vaak ook 1x per week op in Amsterdam;
