- Start the first Implementation projects with customers

- Suggest changes to existing processes and procedures based on experience
- Become a subject matter expert on the Productsup platform
- Fluency in English.
- Strong project management skills (ideally proven by a relevant certification).
- A quick learner who likes sharing knowledge and coaching junior team members.
- 10-15 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce.
- Proven experience in working with enterprise customers.
- Proven experience with data management, data transformation or similar fields of business.
- Tech-savvy and hands-on data wrangler who likes to think outside the box.
- Ability to work in an online environment with many co-workers working remotely.

Your role and goals
Productsup is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to strengthen our customer experience team tasked with servicing our retail customers . In this role you will work with enterprise-class organizations and onboard them on our Productsup SaaS platform, and provide a high level of after-sales customer service.This role requires a pro-active and service-oriented mindset, combined with excellent communication and project management skills, and a strong understanding of e-commerce business and data management, in particular in retail.
