- Participate in the requirements gathering workshops.
- Analyze the requirements and the impact of these requirements. You'll make functional analysis for gaps concerning interfaces, reporting and map the needed data.
- Design solutions based on the requirements both functional and technical.
- Negotiate with customers when they have special and think about the product consistency and the product strategy when validating solutions.
- Manage all technical aspects of the system such as batches, security, provide test cases and analyze test results, technical support (SQL), etc...
- Several years of relevant experience with Software implementation projects; experience with data migration, ETL tools and/or reporting tools (Crystal reports, Business Objects...) are a plus.
- Being fluent in English , as we are an international company
- Leasing or mobility knowledge/interest is a plus, we can also get you up to date with the extensive onboarding process.

What the job is about
As an Implementation Consultant, you'll implement an ERP software at our customers, not one of those standard packages like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and others. But our own developed ERP package 'Miles', which means that you'll be able to shape, change and improve the product.
'Miles' is an ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It's an end-to-end solution encompassing front-, mid- and back-office functions that can be extensively customized to the customers' needs through configuration.
You'll participate in the implementation process from A to Z , with a focus on maintaining close contact with your customer. As an Implementation Consultant, you're an advisor to the customer when it comes to best practices, process improvement, and finding solutions. Besides that, you will focus on the configuration of functional solutions and/or managing the configuration, and perform data migrations and develop reporting tools.
This means you will:
You'll be part of a multidisciplinary project team . Every team in Sofico works in an agile way , including scrum and daily stand-ups. You can count on your colleagues for support in some of the more technical aspects, like data migration, testing and of course, development.
Your Interest and Skills
Communication skills are key, both towards customers and people within your team. You also have no problem moderating workshops or presenting solutions or finished modules to the customer.
Because of your analytical mindset, you have no problems translating business requirements into system needs & thinking about solutions.
Besides that, you are interested in understanding and documenting different business processes.
