- Je zorgt voor uitbouw van de huidige klantenportfolio door verkoop en begeleiding van grotere technische projecten op het gebied van liften voor zowel nieuwbouw, onderhoud als modernisering
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert strategisch beleid welke aansluit bij de visie van Lödige en vertaalt dit naar doelstellingen voor de verschillende afdelingen
- Je zorgt ervoor dat aan actuele wetgeving wordt voldaan en anticipeert op bewegingen binnen de markt
- Je coacht en stuurt je team op professionele wijze en zet de verschillende vaardigheden en expertises op effectieve wijze in om de beste oplossing voor de klant te bieden
- Je stelt heldere doelen voor je team, begeleidt veranderprocessen en faciliteert op technisch inhoudelijk vlak
- Je stelt de strategische personeelsplanning op voor lange termijn en bewaakt de uitvoering hiervan
- Je ziet toe op een veilige werkomgeving voor je medewerkers
- Een technische of bedrijfskundige opleiding op HBO/WO niveau, aangevuld met commerciële/financiële trainingen dan wel ervaring
- Minimaal 10 jaar relevante leidinggevende werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de liftenbranche
- Pro-actief, sterk analytisch vermogen, goede communicatieve vaardigheden, resultaatgerichtheid en probleemoplossend vermogen
- In het bezit van VCA Vol of bereid deze te behalen

Als Sr. Business Unit Manager Liften ben je omzet- en resultaatverantwoordelijk voor alle activiteiten binnen deze divisie. In samenwerking met directie en aandeelhouders bepaal je de toekomststrategie en het meerjarenplan. Je onderhoudt het bestaande (inter)nationale netwerk van klanten en bouwt dit uit. Op professionele wijze stuur je technische en administratieve medewerkers, projectleiders en servicemanagers binnen je unit aan.
