Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou PreZero Nederland zoekt als uitbreiding een Internal Control & Site Audit Manager.Internal ControlJij zorgt ervoor dat onze control owners zich kunnen focussen op 1 ding: bewust zijn van de risico's. Je organiseert de self-assessments voor de control owners en business process owners. De uitkomsten van de audits verzamel en analyseer je. Je stelt samen met de control owners en/of business process owners een actieplan op om de controls te verbeteren. Daarbij verlies je de organisatie en het proces niet uit het oog. Steekproefgewijs worden de controls weer geaudit door de accountant en de audit afdeling van de Schwarz Groep.Site Audit ManagementJe bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning en het uitvoeren van onze site audits. Je ondersteunt de stafafdelingen om processen te verbeteren. Je bent altijd op zoek naar zwakke punten en risico's en ontwikkelt vervolgens oplossingen in samenspraak met locaties en stafafdelingen. Het spreekt voor zich dat je altijd het volgen van maatregelen in de gaten houdt. Je ontwikkelt ook maatregelen om de efficiëntie te verhogen en testmethoden en -instrumenten verder te ontwikkelen in samenspraak met de collega's in de andere PreZero landen.Wat neem je mee?Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur Bedrijfskunde of Accountancy en enkele jaren werkervaring in auditing. Je spreekt en schrijft naast Nederlands, ook vloeiend in het Engels. Duits is een pre. Je bent handig met MS Office en als je al eerder met SAP hebt gewerkt is dat een pre.Je sterke punten zijn een gestructureerde, doelgerichte en resultaatgerichte manier van werken en een hoge mate van sociale vaardigheid in de omgang met een breed scala aan contacten. Tot slot heb je een analytische instelling en lost graag complexe taken op. Om op onze locaties aanwezig te kunnen zijn, ben je bereid te reizen (ongeveer 50%).Wat bieden wij?
