- Het beantwoorden van klantvragen, het geven van offertes en controleren van de product beschikbaarheid;

- Uitvoeren van verkooporders en opvolgen van betalingen;
- Contact opnemen met potentiële klanten en kansen te verkennen en monitoren;
- Voorstellen en implementeren van verbeteringen in het verkoopadministratieproces;
- Opvolgen van inkomende leads en inzetten op deze kansen;
- Administratieve handelingen die bij het verkoopproces komen kijken.
- Mbo+ / hbo werk- en denkniveau;
- 32 – 38,45 uur beschikbaar;
- Kennis en affiniteit met diverse SAP / ERP systemen (Navision is een pré);
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare klantgerichte functie;
- Communicatief vaardig, niet bang om iemand aan te spreken en staat stevig in je schoenen;
- Jij kunt het overzicht bewaren, snel schakelen en secuur werken onder tijdsdruk;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Franse taal (woord & geschrift), Duitse, Franse of Chinese taal is een pré.

Samen met jouw team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor alles wat zich afspeelt binnen de Customer Service afdeling. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor (internationale) klanten, maar je schakelt ook veel met je collega's van de kantoren in Nederland, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Spanje, Engeland en Italië. De focus ligt met name op Frankrijk. Zodra er een order bij jou binnen komt, pak jij deze helemaal van A tot Z op. Denk hierbij aan het controleren van de productbeschikbaarheid, het verkopen van de producten en diensten en het afhandelen van de klachten. Daarnaast fungeer jij als vraagbank voor de klanten. Jij weet ze, door goed te luisteren, passend advies te geven over hun vraagstuk. Je beschikt over een probleemoplossend vermogen om de vragen met beide handen aan te pakken. Ook ziet het commerciële in jou eventuele kansen en potentiële klanten en volgt deze, samen met het salesteam, op. Hierin ben je dus pro actief en krijg je de ruimte voor eigen initiatief.
