- Identifying opportunities and risks to enhance the process for better control, higher quality, and efficiency.
- Developing the process regarding new trends (such as ESG/CSRD).
- Advising and supporting the organization as the process expert.
- Continuously improving the process in close collaboration with all stakeholders in the organization while keeping an eye on regulatory compliance.
- Communicating organizational changes and providing training to employees.
- Ensuring internal and external audit findings are addressed, implemented, and reflected; conducting quality checks on documents for investment decisions.
- You will work in a small team of Portfolio Managers within the Finance department of Schiphol, yet your work is relevant to almost the entire organization involved in projects. As a result, you will operate within the matrix organization of Schiphol broadly.
- A strong academic background (at least a bachelor's degree) in Finance/Audit/Project Management.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant field, ideally in portfolio management, asset management, project management, consulting, or professional services emphasizing projects and/or assets.
- Proficiency in the Dutch language.
- Project management knowledge or experience (Prince 2).
- Six Sigma experience or training combined with strong PowerPoint and 'Storytelling' skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Data Warehouse is a plus.
- Salary ranging from €5173 to €7176 gross per month (Scale 13).
- Possibility to work 4 days of 9 hours in a 36-hour workweek.
- Participation in the ABP pension fund.
