- As Service Manager in the Business Platform Safety & Security Environment team, you will have an advisory role concerning the functionality of applications towards the Product Owner and users.
- The Business Platform Team Security and Safety & Environment (BPT S&SE) utilizes IT assets and data products to fulfill our mission: 'Towards a safe and worry-free flow'.

- Advising various stakeholders, including on service delivery, functionality, and finances towards the Product Owner and Functional Managers.
- Monitoring and evaluating the service delivery of suppliers and aligning with them on daily operations.
- Ensuring that assets and information provision are checked for compliance with laws and regulations and managing this in the CMDB.
- Participating in projects, where you contribute and ensure the proper management of modified or new services.
- Managing the financial process around the services portfolio.
- At least HBO or WO level of thinking and working.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or as a functional manager.
- Demonstrable experience in independently managing external parties.
- ITIL knowledge is a must.
- € 4401 to € 6128 gross per month (Scale 11).
- 8.33% fixed bonus at the end of the year.
- An NS-Business Card that fully reimburses public transport travel to and from work.
- An iPhone 14 or Samsung S22. The choice is yours.
- A compensation of € 3.00 net per day when working from home.
