- Support Day to day-to-day operational needs in multiple EMEA locations with respect to network and voice connectivity.
- Ensure all computers and other network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) are secure and operating and provide proper user connectivity.
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot networking components related to Internet, Local Area, and Wide Area connectivity.
- Work with an International IT team and perform tasks related to Network Operations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of network-related procedures and standards.
- Monitor network performance and resources proactively.
- Act as an escalation point for other IT support team members on Network matters.
- 3-5+ years of System/Network administrator experience
- Experience with implementing, managing, and monitoring multi-site, multi-region WAN networks
- Knowledge of MS Windows Desktops, MS Office applications
- Great troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, Independence, self-motivation
- Good in multitasking across different time zones and able to pick up new technologies as required
- Experience in networking switching and routing technologies.
- LAN/WAN Infrastructure technologies
- Cisco and Meraki network devices
- Familiar with IP addressing, subnet masks, public/private ranges
- Familiar with basic troubleshooting of DHCP, DNS, and VLAN technologies
- Understanding Ethernet cabling, Fiber, and Wi-Fi transmission media
- Experience in MACs in a Cisco Unified Communications Manager, SIP, PRI, and Video Conferencing
- Managing small to medium-sized network projects
- Current CCNA certification
- Experience with Firewall policies
- Packet Level troubleshooting expertise
- Zscaler technologies
- Experience in managing 3rd party vendors including MPLS providers, Voice SIP/PRI providers, and Internet providers
