    The Business Portfolio Pricing Manager serves as the link between Business, Markets, Centers of Excellence, and Functions to ensure alignment of crucial portfolio and operational processes in order to enhance business efficiency and productivity. The BPPM oversees corporate projects at the portfolio level, including strategic portfolio management, pricing, quality norm management, and more. Additionally, the PLM supports functional initiatives that improve portfolio efficiency and business endeavors that focus on meeting short-term financial plans across markets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the Custodian of Commercial Policy and Sales Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent price setting across Business Categories in accordance with market needs and commercial pricing guidelines.
    • Ensure the coherence and consistency of pricing, life cycle management, promotions, and distribution strategy for the Business Unit Global Portfolio by working closely with CMMs and Product Life Cycle Managers.
    • Establish a Business-specific framework for a value-based pricing strategy and ensure its adherence and consistency.
    • Provide support for strategic global customer deals, especially those requiring new commercial models or specific subject matter expertise.
    • Educate the CMM community on Pricing, Promotions, and Distribution strategy and implementation processes.

    Requirements:

    • Background in Pricing and/or business categories.
    • Strong analytical capabilities with a background in data analysis and modeling.
    • Ability to think and act strategically, demonstrating a strong grasp of processes and operational excellence.
    • Skill in influencing and cultivating relationships with various stakeholders and key decision makers.
    • Capacity to analyze historical data, predict trends proactively, and drive enhancements to current operational practices.
    • Possession of broad expertise or unique knowledge, utilizing skills to contribute to company objectives and principles creatively and effectively.
    • Regular interaction with senior management or executives.
    • Involvement in policy-making and key improvement initiatives.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • 7 years of relevant experience in revenue growth management.
