- Het bewaken van budgetten en het nemen van maatregelen bij ongewenste ontwikkelingen;
- Het opstellen van investeringsbudgetten;
- Het analyseren van de installatie- en montagemethoden en -processen waar nodig en acties ondernemen om bij te sturen;
- Het nemen van financiële beslissingen m.b.t. aangaan subcontractors;
- Je beschikt over een HBO diploma of gelijkwaardig;
- Bewezen leidinggevende ervaring binnen een technisch omgeving;
- Je hebt de capaciteiten om te gaan met stressvolle situaties
- Je hebt het vermogen om meerdere projectelementen tegelijkertijd te beheren en te multitasken.

- Ervaring in projectmanagement in de liftindustrie is een pre;
