- Develop an accurate demand forecast by collaborating with cross-functional teams to review historical data, evaluate promotional activities, and understand market trends.
- Work in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to understand demand forecast drivers
support launches, relaunches, and delistings. - Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage obsolete stock.
- Keep daily contact with the international Supply Planning team regarding product availability, production priorities.
- Continuously improve the forecast accuracy and bias by conducting root-cause analysis of forecast errors and by challenging the demand input provided by the Sales and Marketing teams.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, Economics, or related.
- Fluent in Dutch and in English.
- Experience in Demand Planning especially in the FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
- Team player, goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative attitude.
- Analytical mindset and experience managing large data sets.
- Advanced Excel skills – knowledge of SAP, APO and PowerBi is a plus.
