- Implement and develop area design packages in compliance with regulatory codes, area standards and specific technology needs.
- Select, lead and direct the external service providers to support project objectives.
- Oversee the development of the area estimate to track progress against estimate.
- Coordinate input from area disciplines and subject matter authorities to ensure the design meets the specific needs of the business.
- Lead the activities for other partners that are supporting the development of the project design.
- Partner with regional and global leadership to identify work process enhancements.
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Experience leading third party resources to deliver business results
- Knowledge of environmental health and safety standards and international standards and codes related to build projects and construction safety
