- Het dagelijks verzamelen en analyseren van mediaberichten over BMW Group Nederland en haar merken BMW, MINI en BMW Motorrad;
- Het dagelijks bijhouden van de mediarapportage;
- Het ondersteunen bij het beheer en de planning van testritten voor mediarelaties;
- Beheer van de persmailbox: tijdig en accuraat beantwoorden van alle persvragen;
- Bijdrage leveren aan de voorbereiding en organisatie van lokale persevenementen;
- Bijdrage leveren aan de voorbereiding van internationale persintroducties;
- Interne communicatie: het up-to-date houden van intranet en de interne nieuwsschermen.
Wie ben jij?Een leergierige en proactieve HBO/WO student(e) bij voorkeur met een studierichting communicatie, commerciële economie of journalistiek. Je hebt sterk ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Verdere competenties die zullen zorgen voor een succesvolle stageperiode zijn sociale vaardigheden, accuratesse, commercieel inzicht, representativiteit, team player en zelfverzekerdheid.

Het Corporate Communications team bestaat uit 3 collega's en is verantwoordelijk voor de beeldvorming van BMW Group Nederland en haar merken. Relatiemanagement is een belangrijk onderdeel van je stage: je bent namelijk dagelijks in contact met mediarelaties en zorgt ervoor dat hun vragen en verzoeken goed en accuraat worden afgehandeld. Andere kerndisciplines zijn PR & woordvoering, public affairs, stakeholdermanagement en interne communicatie.
