Join our dedicated team at the cutting edge of global aviation services. Stationed at our facility in Maastricht-Airport, you will play a key role in managing Aircraft On Ground (AOG) emergencies, assessing maintenance schedules for special resources, overseeing line technicians' schedules, and maintaining constant communication with clients, SAMCO technicians, and the Line Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically coordinate and manage staff schedules and work rosters.
• Oversee the fulfillment of licensing requirements for our engineering staff.
• Maintain daily liaison with clients, technicians, and CAMO to ensure timely updates and discussions on aircraft status.
• Develop plans for tools, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), materials, and services such as Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for various locations.
• Compile and administer reports, supporting the Line Maintenance Manager administratively.

(Requirements)

• Aviation Management education is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in staff scheduling and workforce management.
• Experienced within an international workplace.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
