Stationed at our facility in Maastricht-Airport,you will play a key role in managing Aircraft On Ground (AOG)emergencies, assessing maintenance schedules for special resources,overseeing line technicians' schedules, and maintaining constantcommunication with clients, SAMCO technicians, and the LineMaintenance Manager.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Strategicallycoordinate and manage staff schedules and workrosters.
• Oversee the fulfillment of licensingrequirements for our engineeringstaff.
• Maintain daily liaison with clients,technicians, and CAMO to ensure timely updates and discussions onaircraft status.
• Develop plans for tools,Ground Support Equipment (GSE), materials, and services such asNon-Destructive Testing (NDT) for variouslocations.
• Compile and administer reports,supporting the Line Maintenance Manageradministratively.

(Requirements)

• AviationManagement education is advantageous but notessential.
• Experience in staff scheduling andworkforce management.
• Experienced within aninternational workplace.
• Proficient in usingMicrosoft Office.
• Excellent communicationskills in English.
• Capable of handlinghigh-pressure situations and tightdeadlines.
