    Your aim as an Ecommerce Manager is the delivery of the Digital strategy and own the end-to-end daily management of the .com channel in the Cluster. You will work closely with our Cluster Digital Team, Global HQ Digital Team, local Marketing & Sales Teams, SIOP, Logistics and Operations Teams. Your primary focus will be Western and Southern Europe.

    What will you do

  • Supporting the Cluster in meeting the sales and financial KPI's
  • Execution of the trading strategy
  • Manage all Trade reporting sales and Digital KPIs
  • Producing periodic reports and reviews of trading periods and events
  • Planning and maintaining budget, sales and stock forecasts
  • Using data analysis to identify and prioritise major sales drivers and highlight deficiencies such as availability or other metrics
  • Stock Availability – high accuracy in forecasting working with the SIOP (Sales Inventory & Operations), and Head of Trade to ensure sufficient stock to support product plan and customer demand
  • Work in conjunction with the Digital Marketing and Marketing Teams to support digital marketing opportunities and plans to drive Bugaboo DTC
  • Collaboratively work with the Digital Content and Merchandising Specialist to deliver commercially focused and trade responsive DTC proposition across .com
  • Take ownership of and be the driving force within the Cluster/Digital Team for assigned projects and key initiatives

    • What you will bring to the table

  • Proven experience of working with stock planning, logistics and operations.
  • Proven experience working in Digital/Ecommerce.
  • Solid knowledge in CRM, digital and content-led marketing.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and analytical skills including digital analytics (preferably GA4).
  • Business/marketing degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • High level of competence and confidence using Excel.
  • Strong commercial awareness and proven financial analysis skills and champions the use of data.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Agile thinker with ability to respond to change at pace.
  • Passionate about Ecommerce and Digital/marketing degree or equivalent (preferred).

    • You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
