    Responsibilities

    :


    • Supervise team activities and performance


    • Collect and report performance metrics


    • Develop team and team members


    • Identify opportunities with other FSL / team for process improvement


    • Assign and supervise project work


    • Budget responsible for contracts and small projects (< 150k.)


    • Embrace Standardization in processes and delivery practices across teams


    • Supportive regarding Business Transformation Initiatives


    • Buildup a good relationship with other departments in the organization. For example the Sales-, Project- department, supportive departments in other disctrics.


    • Achieving high customer and employee satisfaction

    In the Netherlands we have very large contracts with various hospitals, universities, ministries, pharmacies and airport Schiphol.

    We are in the process of integrating the Airports division into our Service organization. At the moment we have a contract for an aircraft docking system.


    YOU MUST HAVE


    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
